I have 11 Years old son who is swimmer and has swimming competition after 10 days, and he has a trip with his school for five days starting today, he want so much to go to this trip, does stoping swimming for five days will affect his performance in the competition? i.e. he trained in the past days before the trip everyday for three to six hours daily. thanks in advance
