This isn't a bash the Christian thing, it's much more a stop acting like a zealot/ fanatic thing, which happens on MAP all the time, albeit usually in the context of people's beliefs about training. For what it is worth I am actually endlessly fascinated by any of the many, many models of reality that people have, and have tremendous respect for folks that can maintain religous practice in the face of the enormous pressures placed on them by the modern world. I also get that you are feeling wound up by some of what is being said.
