Wisconsin Right to Life -- the state's most influential antiabortion-rights group -- this month endorsed two Republican gubernatorial candidates, marking the first time in many years that the group has backed a candidate, the AP/Appleton Post Crescent reports. Candidates Mark Neumann and Scott Walker will compete for the Republican Party's nomination for governor in September.
