About wieght training and nutrition!?

right basically i currently have a lean mass gainer which contains per serving
protein 36g
carbohydrae 53g
glutamine 7.5g
and plenty of amino acids would this be best pre or post workout ?
i have recently been taking it post workout atm im
hieght 5ft 9
wieght 75kg
bench 120kg

Also what are the benifits from pre and post ?
