Hello! So my friend has gone away to work in Abu Dhabi for 10 months, we both have apple products so we regularly FaceTime each other as I'm back here in the UK so it's an easier way to talk plus it's free. FaceTime has worked since she's been there so that is 3 months now, up until 4 nights ago it would not connect, it would say 'connecting' for ages then fail, it's never done this before. Neither of us have changed our settings and I can still call others but she can't not connect to anyone, she hasn't updated her iPhone either plus she has a MacBook and that won't even connect. Also, she can't update to iOS 6 out there and doesn't understand why.
Please can someone help? Even if its just with FaceTime, it would be greatly appreciated.
