I keep hearing the same thing, alternating compared to direct swap between terminals, and that AC is good for transformers to change volts, But can anyone add to this, e.g. how does the current change, is it because the magnet spins, if so how does that change the current direction, and if it's constantly changing how does the electricity reach the transformer
