i have had problems with this laptop before, just after the log on there was a grey screen that was fixed i was able to get to my desktop but once i got to my desktop my internet wouldn't work, the only way i can use my computer with the internet is safe mode, is there anyway i can fix this and if i removed everything on my computer would that help it?
