acne , some brown spots from popping?

so i am young and i have some brown spots around my nose, shin and forhead from popping pimples and i still have lots of pimples that are turning into brown spots but im trying not to pick or pop anymore which is hard lol. any ideas for the brown spots though? how long will they be there and how can i help?!?!?
please dont be mean im on here because im apparently trying to help my face.
