Activate MMS SE K618i T-Mobile?

I have a T-Mobile SE K618i phone. The problem is that it won't let me send picture message (MMS). When I receive pictures, I have to go to T-mobile.com to view it. This is a hassle. So how can I activate it where I can view it straight from my phone and at the same time I'll be able to send/forward pictures out to friends?
