Add video from DVD-rw to iPhone? ?

I have a small recording on a DVD-RW and would like to put it on my iPhone. So how can I get it from the DVD to the computer, then transfer to iPhone?
 
you could use QuickTime X import it into it and then save to for your phone it does allow the importing of many files. MPEG Streamclip is great for importing and converting video its free yet it does have a lot of controls meaning it might be a tad harder to convert

you put the dvd in your computer and then open up Itunes on your computer and it will be downloading onto it then plug your iphone in and then sync it and it will be on it
