Additional Martial Arts training?

Does anyone have any ideas or routines they use for additional training suitable for martial arts? I study Kung Fu and was wondering if anyone knew of any extra training (weights/running etc) which can help build a good balanced physique for Kung Fu?

you trying to be a killer?

look up burpies. do pyramids of 30. (30,29,28,27... with one minute inbetween) ....... that will be all your conditioning. doin those feels like being in a fight.

From experience, I can say boxing taught me how to knock someone out with one punch. (155lbs) Wrestling taught we how to take people down and controll mounts and positions, standing or ufc ground and pound.

I want to try krav maga. Bjj is for pussies. I know a lot of the moves and I know that punches are better.

fight night round 3 combined with countless afternoons smoking blunts playing that helped a lot too. watch ufc and boxing. college wrestling is insane. grab weights and do air punches with them. look up mike tysons training on youtube. he had the best weaves.

I guess jumping rope would be a good start, since boxers do it. Ive read that using punching bags filled with ball bearings helps increase your punching power but i dont know from experience. Chi Kung can increase your internal power and mental focus, which is an underrated aspect of fighting.
