Message: <blockquote data-quote="Matt" data-source="post: 1551401" data-attributes="member: 208436">I have an Ademco alarm system that has worked correctly from installation a year ago.  Now the key pads are showing an “open ckt” message.  When showing the message each keypad will beep every few minutes.  When unplugged from the wall and the battery then reattached the message will go away until armed then disarmed showing the message again.  I have inspected all the wiring and everything is wired correctly and securely fastened in place.  I have looked online and people are saying that one of the yellow wires for the keypad have come loose.  I have looked at them all and none are loose.  Also thinking if one was loose then only that keypad would show the error message “open ckt” Any suggestions would be helpful.Thanks</blockquote>
