My car has a clear title it has full coverage but the adjuster said they would probably give me 5000 according to bluebk, (it holds sentimental value) i want it fixed even it takes more money isn't that wat ins. is for? the car is parked in the garage can i still keep it if i accept the 5000? help i miss my car
