How many more failed prophecies do we have to endure? Why does everyone think the world will end in their lifetime? For Christians, the Bible says "world without end, amen" and "the earth remains forever." So... why do we do this??
 
Thank you for your link. I will be happy to check it out. Your quote of the Bible is incomplete, therefore it is incorrect. It's just like when Eve said "we shall not touch it", she was giving a false gospel.

Meanwhile I have one more prophecy for you to add to the list.
God's word "the Holy Bible" declares He will bring this world to a firey end beginning on 5/21/2011. I wouldn't worry about it but I would be reading the Bible at least.
The end of the world is described in the Bible in great detail.
I have seen all the proof from the Bible that God declares the world will end in 2011 beginning on 5/21/2011. This is an amazing study if you are interested. Seek God

If you read 1COR 2:9-16 and substitue "True Gospel" for the word "things" you will see how saved man "can know" and how the phrase "No man knoweth" is describing the unsaved condition of man. Moreover the studies linked below will show you the detailed calendar that is in the Bible and how you can see that we are exactly 7,000 years from the flood to the very day that God shut the door.
This is a very difficult study but I have found several websites that make it easy to follow. Please read it for yourself at the links below.

Time to give it a rest it is has been over 2000 years now - Our reasoning and the way we see eschatology has made us foolish in the eyes of the world.
