After downloading a movie onto bittorrent 6.1.2, how do i put it on a flashdrive?

i got a movie from BTjunkie and downloaded it from BitTorrent 6.1.2. Now how do i move it out of BitTorrent onto a flashdrive?
and it also keeps saying seeding, even though its 100% complete. please help!
