After my cat got neutered, he got super-hyper and playful, he is tiring me out...

...lol. Is this normal? He would be okay with playing (with me) once or twice a day but now he just ALWAYS wants to play, but I don't have that much free time on my hand that I just play with him all day long! lol. It wasn't until after he got neutered he got extra hyper. Is this normal? Oh and he is about one year old, so he's still young.
 
Get a toy jungle gym my cat was the opposite but she loves to play hang a string with something attached at the end my cat loves that.
