I know this may be a stupid question, but I'm not used to using dry beans.
I just quick-soaked some black eyed peas and now that they're rinsed I don't know how much water to put in to finish cooking them. The package doesn't say.
I was going to add some onion and bacon. It was 1/2lb dry beans.
