age restriction on myspace?

i tried to add someone thats 21 on myspace. it said i ant add him cuz age restrictions or something like that. i went to privacy or whatever and i changed everything to anyone can contact me or whatever. but it doesnt work? how do i take off age resrtiction
 
They can set their own age restrictions. He/She may have it set to Over 18 only, Under 18 only, etc.
