Air conditioning exhaust through static wall vent?

Hi, I have an small bedroom I am looking to use a portable air conditioner in, but have no windows.

The only possibility for exhaust is a small static wall vent in the wall (about 250mm W x 150mm H or 10' x 6'). Would it be possible to fit the exhaust hose to the wall vent to exhaust the hot air?

Not sure what a static wall vent is but it should work through a dryer type vent.Grandpa did it this way. lol
