Air travel and makeup!! Help, please!!?

I really need help. I've never been on a plane before and I don't know how to pack my makeup. I only have a Neutrogeana concealer, Maybelline Great Lash mascara, and two lip glosses. Can i put these in my handbag (not a carry-on, just a tote)?
