I am going on a 2 week trip to a foreign country very soon and I of course need to take a plane lol. I have TMJ and I have never been on a plane, but I hear that it makes your ears pop. So I am afraid it may affect my jaw in some way. Sometimes my jaw causes my ears to pop, nothing serious, just a little pop. I am really scared that it may cause something bad to happen to my ears or my jaw...should I be worried? can something serious happen?? Are there any tips to help prevent anything from happening to my jaw/ears on the plane?? Thank you so much in advance!
