for some reason i dont think that Aizen is the final villain of bleach, i mean we havent seen Isshin's, Yorouchi's or urahara's bankai. Maybe they used Aizen as a reason to train ichigo to be ready for a new enemy, also, didn't Isshin under go the same training as ichigo, Isshin did said, this time zangetsu might get a bit wild (or something like that) so Isshin did the same training, and if Isshin did that training, chances are that Kisuke and Yorouichi also did it, also we haven't seen Ryuken fight, so do you think that Aizen is the final villain of bleach
