Alarm clock Ringtones?

Does anyone else have to change the alarm on there phone to tell them to get up every so often. I've noticed that in the morning i am paying less and less attention to my alarm each day so im over sleeping more and more.

i guess its the same as when you live next to a train line when you first move in you notice it and over time you just stop hearing it.

I guess its not really a question i'm just curious to know whether im the only one.

That's not my experience. Maybe you haven't got it loud enough, or the ring tone is not annoying enough ? I put my phone under the pillow and simply can't ignore it. If you really need to get up, why not get a very irritating & loud alarm at the other side of the bedroom so you have to get out of bed to cancel it... It IS a question, but it seems to me you're not that bothered about getting up or you'd find a way round it. So the real question is: is it a problem or not ?

I change my alarm ring-tone all the time because after a while you do get used to hearing the same thing then begin to ignore it, also make sure it is a loud one because sometimes you get these ones that are lower than others, so always make sure you pick the loud one, don't push the snooze button either, it just makes you more tired, when it goes off just get up and start moving to get motivated, you hear it and concisely say 5 more minutes, Stop it!
