I was driving home at night and got a flat tire. No cell phone, flashlight batteries dead, no houses around, and 4 degrees according to my dashboard display. I was driving with a guy who I knew had drugs in his wallet, so I wasn't wanting to wait for a cop to drive by. I couldn't figure out how to work this stupid jack, so I just drove the 1.1 miles to get home. I had to work the next morning--24 hour shift--during which time the car sat in the driveway on the flat. Then the snow hit. I just shoveled the car out from under 2 feet of snow and tried changing the tire. The lugs are seized. All 5. I used my landlord's impact wrench. No luck. What next?
