i remember diagnosing this exact thing on a ford f-150 as the voltage regulator in the alternator
but im not 100% on that because it was awhilleee ago
i have a 1997 silverado k1500 5.7l and the headlights and interior lights like pulse when my truck is running
also the battery gauge(or whatever the hell its called its 230am i dont exactly care) kinda goes back and forth between the middle(i believe 15 volts) and the next bar which i think is 16 volts
if it is this, can i just leave it as is...or should i change it out asap
