Am I Too Old? (Broadcast Journalism)?

Hi. I will be 30 years old in March. It has always been my dream to be a broadcast journalist. I am thinking about getting a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism which would be finished when I'm around 32 years old. I'm looking for a career change to my dream field.

Here's the big question... Do you think I'm too old? Will I be taken seriously? Will the Master's degree help?
