...recommendations? Not intended for pulling me, I'd like to peddle to get some exercise too.

Criteria:
a) No pressure on trachea
b) As little as possible restriction on free limb movements.
c) Non aversive

I'd also like to use it for general long walks.

For example this one wouldn't suit us, it reminds me of a woman in a very tight dress that restricts leg movement.

Hi, I use "halti" they go around the mouth over the nose and stops them from pulling you and don't harm the dog what so ever, you can get them at vets, pet shops and online like ebay. They don't like them all that much but, they will get used to it and may just rub there noses occasionally on the grass. Good luck

It's really comfortable, padded, and isn't restrictive since it was made for pulling. However, I do greatly prefer my typical full-slip collar on a bike because it gives me *much* better control of the dog when he's not pulling me.
