AMD heatsink stuck hard?

I want to clean the cpu, So I was trying to remove the heatsink of a stock amd fan after unhooking those two metal locks, but then despite that, the heatsink isn't coming out. What should I so? I am scared about this. I want to somehow remove the heatsink and clean it and the cpu and then put it back into the system.

There might be a metal bar that holds it into place after you have removed the fan if there is its just like a latch pull it up from one side and ove and down to the other.

You need Heatsink gel though if your going to give it a good proper clean only cost around 5 bucks.
