what he did to hurt me so much? So last year I moved across the country for this guy, only to have him dump me because he "wanted to mess around with other guys longer." I was about 5 years younger, and blinded by love, choosing a very expensive school in a very expensive city, just to be near him (we met when I was living there for college in 09')
He was spoiled, had alot of money, and did treat me, but also was extremely controlling and overbearing. He was also super self conscious of his hairline and weight, and ended up getting a 30,000 dollar hair transplant - so he could "get the guys he really wanted." I was heartbroken and devastated, and through all this he still wanted me around as a "friend." I absolutely would not disrespect myself during his recovery, so I cut the cord.
I shut him out of my life, and since have moved on. Hes attempted to contact me a few times, but I have ignored them, because I feel not letting him know anything about me at all is the best punishment.
However, he sent me a text (from another number, I blocked him) saying he wished me a happy new year and all the best for 2011, and that he hoped all is well with me. He also sent me an email of a picture he took of me from last January 2010, saying that is it was a great picture of me from a happy time and that I should have a copy.
Whats his problem? This guy hurt me so much, he told me so many horrible things, hurting my self confidence and self image. I knew that he would realize I was special, and that it was a huge loss that I'm not part of his life, but is this his way of doing what?
