Android App that limits time on Facebook/Twitter?

Hey guys, Im just wondering whether there's an app that I can use to restrict my time on certain apps like Facebook, Twitter, Brower, Angry Birds etc etc

Like for example on Google Chrome, theres an extension called StayFocusd

Is there a similar one for phone users?

(I have a Nexus S)
