Android applications and sony ericsson xperia neo?

Does xperia neo has a lot of applications in android market. The resolution of it much higher than lg or samsung. If i download and install app. I'm worry that it will not show me full screen. Does all app. will be like that or not. I'm not so sure to buy it.
 
Don't know what you're talking about. Xperia Neo is 854x480, about same res as my original Motorola Droid.
