Android market tells me i havent downloaded any apps?

Ive had my moto droid since about the time it was released. Ive downloaded plenty of apps over this period of time, most of which i still use to this day. Oddly enough for some reason the other day, in the android market, none of the apps i have on my phone are marked as downloaded in my apps. Even if i go to a specific apps download page it says its not downloaded when it is.

Any insight as to why this is happening?
