...with exertion? My husband has had 2 EKG's, an echocardiogram and 2 days ago had an angiogram (cardiac cath) of his heart. Everything looked normal on all the tests. What could be causing the shortness of breath and chest and arm pain when he exerts himself at all. This has been going on for about 3 months. He is quite overweight, but that is not a new thing...the chest pain and shortness of breath are. He feels like he's going to pass out sometimes and has to stop what he's doing until the chest pain stops and breathing is back to normal. Sometimes taking a nitroglycerine pill helps. Doctor just said "lose weight", but I'm scared that they are missing something and he will drop dead of a heart attack. Any ideas from MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ONLY!!!! Thanks!
