animal volunteer oppertunities for high school students in Seattle WA?

i really want to do something concerning animals? and i want to be able to do it after school and without an adult! im 16, is there any where in seattle [north prefered, or shoreline] that i can volunteer helping animals? im very passionate about this! thanks
