I was wondering if there were any anime where the main character has a particular partner

You when the main character has that one particular partner that their close too and they got eachothers backs even in a fight or emotional support. Any anime will do except hentai and yuri. Eicchi can be alright but only if its like sekion no qwaser. Thanks and sorry if I misspelled any names wrong. :)
