Animes that have exceptional characters like lelouch,Which maybe have sad endings but happy endings is ok. If you don't think the anime you know dosnt compare perfectly just tell me and I will try it

Animes I completed:

One piece ( currently watching)
DBZ
Naruto
Naruto shipoden
Death note
Detective Conan (currently watching)
I didn't watch Alot of animes because I'm kind of new to them

If you liked Code Geass try Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Guilty Crown, Ghost in the Shell, Last Exile, or Eureka Seven.

Some other anime you should give a try:

Berserk, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Kaiji, Black Lagoon, Hokuto no Ken, Ninja Scroll, Akira, and Redline.
