...FAIL ON MY PART.? You are 30 minutes late for your exam. Normally if you are 10 minutes late, you will not be able to enter and will receive a mark of 0. The teacher will only allow students to go the washroom supervised. You cannot run or talk during the examination except to ask the teacher to go to the washroom.
The room in which your exam is taking place is big. The teachers desk is 15 seconds away from the door. The table in which you need to write your exam is exactly 45 seconds away. The teacher is reading a book and looks up and checks every 20 seconds. How can you get to your desk and write the exam without getting caught being late?
 
15 seconds to get to the teacher's desk to ask to go to the washroom?
 
Wait for the teacher to look down at his book. Take the 15 second walk to his desk, and ask to use the washroom. He'll supervise you, then let you sit back at your desk. Easy peasy.
