Independent political group Common Sense South Dakota on Tuesday announced that it will spend up to $100,000 on radio ads suggesting that Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin (D-S.D.) has ties to abortion-rights groups, the Sioux Falls Argus-Leader reports. The ad says that Herseth Sandlin took $864,000 from groups that support abortion rights during her political career and that she supports using taxpayer money to fund abortion. Herseth Sandlin supports abortion rights, while her challenger in next month's election, state Rep. Kristi Noem (R), opposes abortion rights...
