Anxiety/ stress/ crying?
Does anyone know of a tablet that you can take once off when you feel an anxiety attack coming along or you can't stop crying
I have a lady that works with me - she takes a tablet only when she's stressed/ anxious or crying and within half an hour she's calm and relaxed
It's a blue tablet anyone heard of it or know what it is?
With Xanax and Valium is it a tablet that you need to take every day or only when you have the feelings
P.S. I will be seeing a doctor/ therapist on Friday would just like to let him know what the lady gave me yesterday
