Any anime ( animation) voice acting Job's?

ok i live in AL. But i really want an anime voice acting job! The main character. Ok is there anywhere close to AL the has anime voice acting jobs as the main character's!!!! i know its weird to ask this but i really want to get one! i want to now like when and where the Audition is and what time and whats the animation/anime job is about. You know stuff like that. AND PLEASE NO JOKES!!! NO STUPID ANSWERS!
for a 13-15 year old!
 
Its not as fun and rewarding as being a seiyuu in Japan. And its a lot more harder to dub and get the right feeling into the character.
 
VA is something you need to take alot of improv classes for and voice talent. get to know people in the industry. go to anime conventions theyll go to them and you might get to talk to one. all of them i have talked to have said that you need to start early.
