ok,he let me jailbreak it for him and he is just a jerk off. he has really bad memory.please dont say dont steal it or something like that i will not choose you as the best answer.
 
Think hard about the reason you're stealing it.

If it's absolutely necessary, act casual as you do it. Walk in the room with a glass of something stain-able, and 'accidentally' spill it on your pants. Tell him you need to change, have him leave the room, and swipe the phone quickly as you change. Put it somewhere he'll never think to find it, like your underwear, but turn it off first.

If not that, you can just lean against where it's resting and slip it into your pocket.

Take it from his room and put it in your pocket when he's not looking, then say you have to go to the bathroom so you can turn the phone off.
