P purple0037 New member Mar 20, 2009 #1 I'm 5'3" and I weigh 109 lbs. I have a pretty flat stomach and I'm very athletic (I work out sometimes twice a day, 7 days a week) but I'd like to trim some fat off my thighs. Any diets/exercises/ideas??
