I am applying for a pre-registration nursing course and I have on question that they have said they are going to cover and I am finding it hard to think of an answer.
The question is "your understanding of the difference between your current role(HCA) and that of a registered nurse."
Any ideas? Im finding it very difficult. I know they administer the drugs, write up patients progress and goals in the notes. I am really struggling!
