Any recommended reliable best USB modem (for a laptop) I can use the internet

with from anywhere in the world? Please, forgive me if my question sounds too ridiculously simple or trivial to answer. Anyway, I am just trying to find out the best solution to be smoothly and non-stop connected to the internet via a laptop and its most reliable or best recommended USB modem from anywhere in the world. Or, maybe such a unique or universal USB modem doesn't exist at all?
