Any tips on how to gain customers?

Hey Everyone,

I am after some information and tips on how to make my phone ring and gain vital customers, I have resorted a DAF recovery truck and wondering who shall i target as vital customers / market?

I am aware that i shall require liability insurance is there a company which anyone can reccomend?

offer something that your competitors don't....do some research.....try something a little "out of the ordinary"......and above all be woman friendly.....don't be fooled by today's woman we know more then alot of men think so be honest, respectful and helpful and i think you will do fine......when i do business with a man i don't like talked to like a child just because i am a woman....i will leave and never come back but if i do business with a man who respects my knowledge on the matter i do keep coming back
