ok. calf size is genetic to a large degree; however, if you are doing a lot of high impact-type exercise or working out your calf muscles on machines at the gym--these will always create a larger calf muscle. weight loss or gain will also affect the size of your calves. you don't have to "starve" yourself...cut back on any "calf" exercises you may be doing and lose a little weight. if neither of those are in play here, just be thankful you have them. shapely calves always look better in men and women.
