Any wines that aren't white wine or dry wines?

I want to know what other wines I could drink that are pretty good.White Zinfadel is alright, but i prefer that with italian food.White merlot and Rose wine is what I drink when i chill with friends. Any other kinds that you can suggest?
 
Drink what you like. There really aren't too many semi-sweet wines, and even fewer sweet wines.

Rieseling comes to mind, but some of that easy drinking-ness comes from its lower 8% alcohol content.
 
Yellowtail shiraz is a good first red, Cavit pinot grigio is a good easy white.

White zinfandel is good. I work at a liquor store so I would know..lol. Chardonay, Riesling, Muscato/Muscat, Viognier are also good sweet wines. I personally perfer desert wines..I have a severe sweet tooth.

Get away from the sweet "kool-aid" wines and drink the good stuff. Try a nice Cabernet or Zinfindel. These are deep red wines with a robust flavor. Drink them at room temp. or just a bit cooler. Have a dry cheese like parmesian if not drinking with a meal.
