any workout routines?

i dont really need to lose much weight, but i'd like to tone up.

my arms are fine, but i want to tone my thighs, stomach, and back. I could probably handle losing some weight on my thighs.

I'm 4'11", 16 years old, and 100lbs.
(im not underweight for my height. i know that sounds tiny but its normal for my height.)

I have some knee problems so i can't really run. High impact hurts it. thats the only issue.


So does anyone know of any exercise routines i could use to accomplish that?
