Anybody know of a great PDA used for appointments?

I am looking for one that does not necessarily have to link to internet or use a cell phone provider. I'm looking for one that has a great calendar and appointment feature. I want to be able to use a SD card and be able to hook it up to a keyboard via USB. I would love to have the feature of being able to write notes on it using the stylus instead of typing the notes. I also have to be able to synch it to my PC at home? Does anybody know of a PDA like this or something they have similar?
