anybody know of a internet browser for the r4ds nds card?

Looking for an internet browser and the location that I can download free of charge which I can put on a R4DS card to go in a NDS, without having to use additional cards or be parsed on a pc first, but that can be used to connect to a wireles modem and surf, that dosent need fiddleing with first, coz im too fik!
